Snowboard bindings and boots?

well ive snowboarded for about 4 years now and ive bought myself 152 k2 www rocker. i need to get boots and bindings for it. there is a pair of burton mission binding on ebay for about 80 dollars and im thinkin of buying them. but they only come with three hole disc to attach to board. so can i pick up a disk to make it compatible for four hole system. also i tried on some snowboard boots aswell and im size 10 without thermal sock on (i went after school and forget them) so should i go one size up (11) because my sock are thick and also i need to allow for a bit of growth. also any suggestions of sites where i can pick up good boots and bindings at a lower price and some other good bindings i could consider thnks

heyy guys. so this seems like a stupid question but the snow is melting down in kitchener ontario and i really got into snowboarding this year learning tricks.so anyway where is the closest place were the snow wont melt. aleast not up in a moutain. please answer i dont want this to be the end of my season

Should I go learn to snowboard when it is supposed to be snowing?

My wife and I have decided to go snowboarding tomorrow (Tuesday) at Snowbowl in Flagstaff, AZ. We were planning on taking a lesson in the morning and then spending the rest of the day on the mountain. We have never been before and are really excited.

However the weather says: "Snow likely. Cloudy, with a high near 26. Breezy, with a southwest wind between 17 and 23 mph, with gusts as high as 36 mph. Chance of precipitation is 70%. New snow accumulation of 3 to 5 inches possible."

Would you suggest going up for our first time in this type of weather? (We are going to have thermals, bibs, fleece, jackets, gators, goggle, gloves - you know all the stuff they tell you to take). Or should we just wait for a "nicer" day?

I'm 5"7 (170cm), not really a beginner snowboarder but just started hitting the terrain park yesterday and im thinking of buying a board for myself.
im 18 i doubt i will grow more so yeah. oh and i've gotten bored of just hitting hills.
so how long should it be/what type brand would be best?
also im not toooo intense so i dont wanna drop huge amounts.

I'm in a women's shoe-size always depend on the brand so I can't really even say. I'll be doing dynamic carving, steeps, powder, moguls, trees, and a little bit of cruising towards the end of the day. I want to last all day and I am intermediate/advanced.
What flex level should I get-I've dealt with everything from a level 2 to a level 7? What are some good models for the type of riding I do?

Pretty much what the title says. My friend always wins and i really want to beat him just some dry land training and a list of tricks to do on rails and jumps and how to train well at the hill and maybe some trampoline training.

Hey so I wanted to go snowboarding at Grouse Mountain in Vancouver and its my first time going there so what do I need to get. I know I need to rent the boots and snowboard. Do I need a general admission ticket and a lift ticket? I was planning on spending my time on the bunny hill. Could someone explain to me what the lift ticket is aswell? Thanks in advance

How would I ever become a pro snowboarder?

Iv been skiing since three and switched to boarding at 11...bad news is im from nebraska and only get to go once, maybe twice a year. Its my favorite sport and Im not to bad. Id like to go to snowboard camp but most are too far away and wayyy to expensive. so its basically not going happen just wondering what you all think.

What are the risks of doing a backflip on a snowboard?

I can do 360s and boardslides and stuff on a snowboard, and I think I am ready to do a backflip. I will be wearing a helmet, and it will be a fairly decent sized jump. I used to do backflips on a trampoline (without the snowboard) back when I was younger (I'm 23 now). Do I run the risk of getting paralyzed? What are some typical injuries from landing on your head?
